Jaime Carvajal: 1spin4win is set to become a top provider in the LatAm market

Recently, we spoke with Jaime Carvajal, our Senior Sales Manager at 1spin4win, about the studio's ambitions in Latin America. He outlined his vision for 1spin4win in the region, the strategies needed to succeed, and his insights on adjusting to the unique gaming tastes and regulatory environment in this market.

Jaime, could you share a bit about your background and career path? What were you doing before joining 1spin4win?

I started my career 13 years ago after earning my master’s in business. My first role was with a Chinese-European company in measurement technology for construction, where I was responsible for building their presence in Latin America. Working alone on a limited budget, I gained practical experience in logistics, sales, legal issues, and marketing, and I learned how to adjust products for different markets.

Later, I moved into consulting for an investment fund that focused on disruptive tech startups. A few years back, I entered the iGaming world, where I worked on expanding a well-known provider’s reach in LatAm. I quickly became drawn to the industry’s dynamic pace.

Now, at 1spin4win, I’m excited to bring my background and passion to help establish the brand as a key player in the LatAm market.

What are your goals and responsibilities as the new Sales Manager for Latin America?

As the new Sales Manager for Latin America at 1spin4win, my main goal is to build a steady, reliable income stream for the studio. To reach this, I focus on bringing in and keeping important partners in the iGaming industry. I work closely with them to offer value that benefits both the partners and the players. Building strong, trusting relationships with our partners is a top priority, as it’s key to having a lasting impact on their slot game collections.

Expanding into a new market like LatAm has its challenges, especially with so much competition. However, with 1spin4win’s success in other regions, I believe that with commitment, teamwork, and time, we’ll establish a solid presence here too.

What’s your vision for 1spin4win’s future in Latin America, and what steps will you take to make it happen?

I’m confident that, with our quality and expertise, 1spin4win is set to become a top choice for classic slots in the LatAm market. To succeed, we’ll work on deepening our partnerships with key operators by delivering customized solutions that cater to the needs of Latin American players and partners. Our plan includes adapting content to local tastes, building strong connections, and providing excellent support. This strategy will help make 1spin4win a valuable part of their slot offerings.

Is 1spin4win planning to adapt its games and promotions for the Latin American market?

Definitely! We are already customizing our games for the Latin American market. For instance, games like Lucky Bro Hold and Win and Sun Treasure were designed with Latin American players in mind. 1spin4win blends its classic slot expertise with themes that appeal specifically to this audience.

Our aim is to provide experiences that feel relatable and exciting for local players, all while maintaining the balanced gameplay that 1spin4win is known for.

How do you view the current trends and growth potential of online casinos in Latin America? What are your immediate plans for 1spin4win in the region?

Latin America is experiencing a major shift, moving from unregulated to regulated online gaming. While this brings some uncertainty for providers and operators, the growth potential is huge, with over 400 million internet users in the region. The real question isn’t whether companies should enter the market but when.

Brazil stands out as the top opportunity, but we’re also seeing strong growth in Argentina, Peru, Mexico, Ecuador, and Paraguay. Each country has unique gaming traditions and preferences, so it’s essential to treat each as a separate market.

The main challenge is managing the regulatory changes, especially in places like Brazil, Peru, and Chile. My priority is to support 1spin4win’s partners and boost game engagement, positioning us well for growth as the market keeps evolving.
